Our Services
-
At BWFSS, Social & Community Participation is about helping you connect, learn, and enjoy life in ways that matter to you. Whether it’s sports, art, shopping, movies, yoga, or catching up with friends, we’re here to provide the extra support you need to join in with confidence.
We can assist with transport, specialised equipment, or a support worker to help you take part in activities and build independence. While you cover standard costs like entry fees or memberships, the NDIS funds the additional support you need due to your disability.
Most importantly, we take time to understand what you enjoy and remove barriers so you can get involved. Seeing you make new friends, try new things, and feel part of your community is what makes our work so rewarding.
-
At BWFSS, domestic assistance is about more than ticking off chores — it’s about helping you feel comfortable, supported, and respected in your own home.
Our caring team can lend a hand with cooking, cleaning, laundry, and yard tasks when disability makes daily jobs harder.
We tailor support to what you truly need, always focusing on building trust and independence along the way.
-
At BWFSS, personal care is about more than daily routines — it’s about helping you feel comfortable, respected, and in control.
Whether it’s support with hygiene, mobility, eating, or using aids, our caring team tailors every visit to your preferences and needs.
We can assist at home, out in the community, or even while you’re on holidays — always with the goal of building your independence and confidence.
-
At BWFSS, we know good health and wellbeing are key to living a full life. Our support isn’t just about tasks — it’s about helping you feel your best.
We can work with you on exercise, nutrition, daily routines, or joining community activities, tailoring everything to your needs and NDIS goals. Alongside physical health, we also support mental wellbeing through coaching and recovery-focused assistance that builds confidence, motivation, and independence.
Most importantly, this isn’t just work for us — it’s our passion. Every step forward, big or small, is a win we’re proud to share with you.
-
At BWFSS, we believe everyone deserves a voice and the chance to learn and grow.
Our Advocacy & Study Support is about helping you speak up, make choices with confidence, and pursue education or training while staying aligned with NDIS guidelines.
We can support you with transport, personal care during classes or placements, and by working with your education or workplace staff so your needs are understood.
Our focus is on removing barriers, so you can concentrate on your studies and future goals.
While formal advocacy must come from independent organizations, we’ll always help you understand your rights, express your wishes, and connect you with the right advocates when needed.
Most importantly, this isn’t just work for us — it’s our passion. We’re here to listen, support, and walk beside you as you achieve your goals.
-
At BWFSS, personal development is about more than programs — it’s about walking alongside you as you build skills, confidence, and independence to live life your way.
We support you with daily living skills, study or work transitions, community participation, and lifelong learning opportunities.
This might include coaching in communication, budgeting, or problem-solving, as well as support to join activities that reflect your interests.
Everything we do is tailored to your goals and aligned with NDIS guidelines.
Most importantly, we care deeply about your growth — seeing you gain confidence, connect with others, and thrive is what makes our work so rewarding.
-
At BWFSS, we know families are vital in supporting people with disability, and that crises can happen unexpectedly.
Our Family & Crisis Intervention service is about strengthening your support network and helping you prepare for or respond to challenging times.
We work with you and your loved ones to reduce stress, preserve relationships, and connect you with the right supports.
If things change suddenly, we can guide you through NDIS plan adjustments and link you to additional services.
While the NDIS isn’t a crisis hotline, we’ll stand beside you before, during, and after a crisis — making sure you feel supported, informed, and empowered.
-
Group Activities help you enjoy your interests, build social connections, and get the right support to join in with confidence.
From sports and hobbies to movies, yoga, or art classes, we tailor our assistance to your needs.
The NDIS funds the extra support you need due to your disability (like a support worker, transport, or specialized equipment), while you cover standard costs such as entry fees or memberships.
You can choose one-on-one support or join a small group where one worker supports up to three participants.
Whether it’s short-term help to build confidence or ongoing support, we’re here to make every activity safe, fun, and empowering. Our passion is seeing you thrive — learning new skills, making friends, and enjoying your community.
